Saturday to Saturday weekly lettings
Tenants may collect keys after 4.00pm on the Saturday of arrival.
The property must be vacated by 11am on the Saturday of departure.
The hirer is liable for the cost of any breakage's losses or damage to the property.
The contract of hire is between the hirer and the property owner, Mr R.C.Date
Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days pending receipt of the signed booking form and a 20% deposit, which will be banked. If this is not received we reserve the right to re-offer the property.
A contract is deemed to be made when a confirmation of booking is issued.
The hirer must not sublet or share the accommodation except with persons named on the booking form and must not exceed the number of occupiers on the booking form. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund if the then number of occupiers is exceeded (at our discretion) to make additional charge.
All furniture, furnishings & equipment to be kept on site.
For ease of housekeeping please leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived: clean, all the rubbish removed and the furniture in its original place.
Parking
Parking available for 1 car.
Fire regulations & insurance, the maximum number of people in the building, at any one time must not exceed 10 bodies.
Should the accommodation not be available as a result of any calamity beyond the owners control, then the full refund shall be made but the owner shall not incur any liability for compensation or damage.
We would like to advise you that property is not suitable for pets.
The tenancy created by this agreement is a holiday Let within paragraph 9 of part 1 to schedule of the Housing Act 1988.
Deposit
Non-refundable deposit, made payable to Mr R.C.Date is required to reserve the accommodation with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival, (no reminder will be sent - please make a note of the date!).
For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival the total amount is payable.
Responsibilities
Although no Security Deposit is required, in the event of damage or breakage, you will be responsible for any damage done to the property and its contents by yourselves or your guests.
Please advise us immediately of breakage or damage during the letting period so we can remedy them.
Cancellation
When you book a holiday you are entering into a legal binding contract. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, under the law you would be liable.
You can take out your own holiday insurance to cover such events.
We would appreciate advanced knowledge to change in plans but cancellation must be received in writing. The booking is forfeited & the balance is still payable on the due date. We will endeavour to re-let the apartment & if successful will refund moneys paid less any expenses incurred in re-letting.
