Although the main area heating is gas, there is also a Wood-burning stove, (Multi-fuel). The first complementary basket of logs is provided free, others available locally.
Entertainment is provided by way of an LCD TV (with digi-box), and remote controls, also a DVD Player and Music system (with remote controls), which plays CDs and tapes.
Various CDs and DVDs are provided, together with books, maps and information for the local area and games. Bedding storage is located in an additional window seat, and an extra wardrobe for guests clothing is provided. Lighting is modern cable track, plus free standing lamps.
Telephone - A mobile telephone is available (all calls must be paid for).
Heating - A gas ‘Combi’ boiler provides the heating supply. All rooms have radiators, (except for the kitchen and landing), and all have thermostats. Heating is included.
