The cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday, from 4pm on the day of arrival (not before, to allow for cleaning).
The cottage is to be vacated by 11 am. on the day of departure.
Smoking is allowed, but we would ask that smokers be thoughtful of other guests, and ventilate the rooms well, it is also requested that visitors do not smoke in bedrooms or bathroom.
All Bed Linen is provided. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person is supplied, together with 2 tea towels. We request that you bring your own beach towels.
An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a range of cleaning equipment is supplied.
A Travel cot can be provided if we have prior notice, (bedding not supplied), high chair and fireguard are also supplied.
A Car parking permit is provided for one vehicle in a car park nearby, there is also ‘on road’ parking.
Strictly no pets.
