When approaching Penzance on the A30 - At Branwell Lane roundabout (just past the heliport & adjacent to Tescos) take the 2nd exit onto the A30 (signposted Land's End) avoiding the town centre.
Continue along the A30 crossing straight ahead over 2 roundabouts.
At Mount Misery roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A30 (signposted Land's End).
At crossroads turn left (signposted Newlyn) - The Coombe.
Follow the road to the crossroads in the centre of Newlyn - At crossroads continue forward onto Strand (signposted Mousehole).
Follow the road as it runs past the harbour and fishmarket.
The road then rises steeply and bears left at the far side of the harbour onto Fore Street.
Continue forward onto Lower Green - You will pass the Red Lion Public House and then the Fisherman’s Arms on the right hand side.
Shortly after passing the Fisherman’s Arms the road narrows into a one way system for approx 50 metres.
Take the sharp right hairpin turn uphill and then the immediate left turn onto Bowjey Hill.
Christmas Cottage is reached by walking along Carn Gwavas Terrace to the Mounts bay side of the Gwithial Gwavas car park.
Christmas cottage has a plaque on the wall.
